Altamar Cardiovascular is seeking a Chief Perfusionist to lead our team in Columbus, Georgia! This position requires a dependable, highly motivated candidate with excellent communication and clinical skills who can advise and participate in decisions as a team player. The work is fast-paced, demanding, and above-all, extremely rewarding. This individual will join a team of 3 total perfusionists performing around 250 cardiac procedures (including TAVR’s). This perfusion team supports 3 extremely talented surgeons with a phenomenal work culture and excellent work/life balance!

Requirements

Candidates should also possess the following:

1. Ability to adapt to a challenging clinical environment.
2. Must possess good communication and troubleshooting skills.
3. Must be able to practice evidence-based medicine; also to advise and participate in clinical decisions with a team approach.
4. Experience with blood management is preferred.
5. Must be willing to relocate to Columbus, Georgia or the immediate surrounding area.

Estimated Compensation Range

$165,000-$180,000+ per year based on skills, experience and possible bonus opportunities
